Over cooked cannabutter made with indica dominant strain. I always have two different butters to hand, a normally prepared one and an overcooked one, the overcooked one is always less psychoactive but never less anti inflammatory or analgesic. Don't get me wrong I love getting fucked up on butter but sometimes you just need pain relief.

Hindu kush has always been a good strain for me to relax with and combat pain whilst not making me freak out. Hope this helps

I have a degenerative form of arthritis in my spine and I found that CBD oil provides good relief. it works better with cannabis but if cannabis make you paranoid than CBD oil or e-juice may be a good option

I have the exact same condition. I've already had 5 discs in my neck replaced. My lower discs are so bad it's not worth doing. Add a replaced right knee and two cancer surgeries on my left side (lost left kidney, two ribs, part of pancreas, etc.) and I'm in pretty bad shape.
Two pipes of White Widow per day makes it all livable. One at 6:00 AM, one at noon and I'm all good.

I use super silver haze but since I started treating my condition with cannabis i've been able to get off pain meds and my hypertension drugs and can be more active I go for walks or ride my bike or do a little yard work. I take my meds with my morning coffee and then again in the evening after dinner and it works so much better than prescription drug. this stuff is a real miracle in my life
Bro, I made gorilla bubble for this reason. I have degenerative disc diseases, insane spasms etc. sour bubble provided me with the pain releif that beat any narcotic but it was so slowww to grow.
I prefer to constantly have edibles in my system daily at low dosage to keep the metabolites in my body. When I smoke the gb i feel my muscles relax instantly. Been my grail for pain, thats why i worked her so hard. Amazing for pain and anti inflammation.

I've had serious arthritis and joint problems since my mid 20s and nothing docs gave me worked. I had pneumatic fever when I was 12 so my joint problems don't fit these useless doctors ideas about what arthritis is.
I love a good sativa for my chronic depression tho that can cause anxiety and paranoia for a bit but then settles down. Crossing that with NL#5 worked great. Helped but wasn't that great for the joint pain.
A friend sent me samples of the hi-CBD strains he was working on, with seeds, and they seemed to be great for the pain. I've since, last August, got some hi-CBD pot and made cocobudder out of it.

1 tsp of 10g of Sweet Skunk CBD, 12% CBD, 7%THC, in a combined 200g coconut oil/lecithin, 85/15%, gives me almost 24 hours of greatly reduced joint pain. If I take it two days in a row I can often skip a day or two before the sharp edge of the pain comes back. Seems to be holding my depression at bay as well. The buzz is like being a bit drunk and makes me happy and easy to laugh so that's another big plus.
I've been growing two very hi-CBD plants, Otto#1, since June 14 and the recent cuttings under 12/12 have shown me that they are both males.
Still have 3 seeds of that strain and they are getting sprouted ASAP to find some decent girls to breed with the pollen I'll save from both males. Also have crosses of it and Cannatonic to fire up too.
CBD seems to work better for my joint pain than any other pot I've tried the last 20 years. I also got some CBD only e-juice for my e-cig that works as good or better than a 500mg Aspirin to take the edge off the pain.
Now that getting lab analysis of pot is available to medpot patients here in Canada I plan to get what I think are the most effective strains I raise evaluated for THC/CBD ratios so I can narrow down the ones to keep.

They were a big part of making pot illegal in the first place and establishing the corrupt medical system we are all slaves to now.
Other big players in the initial passing of laws prohibiting cannabis were the Hearst Newspaper Company,(pulp and paper). Harry Anslinger, (Bureau of Narcotics, the forerunner of the DEA), and the list goes on.
The propaganda against this simple plant has worked pretty well to keep it repressed and destroy the lives of millions in the 100 years since the US demanded the world forsake it.

I have had back spasms attacks to the point i fall out in the street. People will walk right around and not even bother to see if yer alright. Cold world.
Nothing worse than back spasms, instant cold sweats, any movement from a breath up will trigger more spasms, forget walking... If I have an attack i cant move for a week, then limp around for another.
Sucks if you live alone. Cant even go take a piss or shit or water or anything if its bad enough...

OMG I've been so lucky in the back department. In '83 I crashed my Bonney chopper and crushed my L1 and L2. Was told I may never walk again but healed up not too bad without surgery and to this day enjoy fairly comfortable/tolerable back issues. None of the many women I have shared my life with since believe me when I tell them that leaning over the sink to do the dishes is hell to my back but there it is. The last one believed me and last July we celebrated our 17th anniversary.
Back pain and issues around it have to be the worst when it comes to Big Pharma treatments. The antispasmodics cripple your mind and the opiods cripple your soul.
I had to crawl to the bathroom for a year so I feel your pain Tony.

Dude the women always give you the most shit like yer faking it, my wife did too until she had our last baby and her back got fucked up now she gets em... poor thing...
Kinda same for me any bending forward is a trigger, or carrying thigns lopsided. I can manage a gallon of milk weight worth of groceries in each hand now.
I used to be able to leg press the whole rack on the machine 15 years ago, if i did that now id probably break in half lol.
I highly recommend anyone with back pain to try sour bubble or a cross, it has been my pain grail and a few peeps i put her on. Slow as fuck to grow but its got the goods. Thats why I started breeding to try to improve the vigor originally. Spasm free for over a year now, Once in awhile I get the slight twinges that start like its gonna go, got some edibles in the freezer for those days ha.
It is hard on ya but a weight lifters dose of ibuprofen can help knock down a flare up before it gets real bad. Maybe once or twice a year I have to pop 2000mg or so. Fuck pain pills...

I'm an Aspirin guy once in a blue moon. Crunch up a 500mg and tuck it under my tongue for 10 min then spit out what's left takes the edge off long enough for the cocobudder to kick in and doesn't screw with my guts. I save that for the occasional booze-up. 
I'm actually supposed to take a small dose of Aspirin daily to help prevent another stroke but rely on daily doses of coconut oil and other healthy fats to prevent another. Almost 4 years stroke free after having a total of 5 small ones. Called ischemic brain disease.
I recently found out that my birth mother died at 75 after 10 years of dementia. I'm not going to check out like that and hopefully my daily use of healthy fats and cannabis will let me go easy when the time comes. I'm only 62 and that's 25 metric right? !

I am such a sugar junkie but weigh 140lbs soaking wet on my 5'8" frame. The pot belly and scrawny legs/ass thing is happening so I need to start working out with all that gear gathering dust in my workshop.
The wife just moved out the last 4 chickens to her new coop so I'm re-claiming that space for my weight bench and recumbent bike. All ready took over the spare bedroom for veg space.

there is no blocking the paranoia lol, sadly.
eating a load of food can bring you down so to say but when you do that you're ridding yourself of the medicinal effects at the same time as getting rid of the psychoactive effects.
best thing is to find a strain with the right effects for your condition\enjoyment.
