So, for 400-600w of HID, I'd only need to run one 89w Tasty T1. 1000w, probably two or three. Driven higher, at around 2150mA. The heat will be unnoticeable, and the results will probably make you shit yourself.

Ok I guess I need to be more direct. HOW MANY RUNS HAVE YOU DONE USING LED? I'm not yelling btw but speaking really slowly lol.

One of my panels put out 420 PPFD in a 2x2. This COB is more than double that. So this COB is better than 2 "450w" ViparSpectras drawing ~206 each, using only 89w. About 80w of that is light, the rest being driver and fan.

What ever folks like i said Cobs have been around now for some time yes they grow a plant Yes LED panels grow a plant

People have to start to realize its not really cost savings now its a long time before you see it who cares if you save 20 - 50 bucks a month
Do you really see justification in spending 800 to 1000 bucks for a 400 wattt cob unit all said n done that will only grow a certain area or amount of plants ?

Then have at er Cobs are not some miracle light that will just blow Hid out of the water

I will be starting a thread / Journal soon i want the heat in my room because Heat is horse power and plants metobolic rate doubles for every 5 - 10 degree rise in temperature.

So again LED or cobs or DE or even digi or mag use what ever suits your grow and what you can afford

Its that simple and for the ones claiming there killing HID or doing better then there hid grows means nothing each grow forward a grower learns more and becomes a better grower..

Don't think it was just the Cob that got you there
