And don't take it as talking shit I am simply sharing knowledge from growing over 10k+ plants commercially and hundreds at my own house and hundreds at partners houses and that's just this year alone.

What light ? ? You say 2.3 per light . .

Nonsense its all strain related colder temps does not give you better THC if we compare land race strains Sativa vs indica which is more potent which is in a hotter climate ??

The thing is if we're talking indicas heck yeah cold temps. Also keeping the day and night temps closer together helps quality a lot in my book. I think the better temps actually allows the bud to fully mature. Ripe flowers just have that look and flavors and colors be amazing.

have to strongly disagree with you . 3 times running the same first time was an 7 to 8 82f second time 90 to 95 rated 0 out of 10 ! threw it all away and my woman was bitching ! and had 3k invested in it the e bill third time 9 out of 10 temps below 75f very high smell stink up the entire house

I have currently 52 different strains and have run over 100 and all are better in 71° day 61° night and 1300 ppm with 35% humidity. I do this for a living I only get my top dollar if my bud is and my people don't want bs foxtailing and loose bud. They want tightly formed nugs with extreme density and resin content and flavor. My people are damn picky cuz they know their shit. I have an agricultural consultant business and teach people to grow. I've run a shit ton of temps all over the ones I list I will guarantee grow better weed

lol come over to my place if you want to smell weed there really is no argument in the matter lets be realistic here

most people follow the MJ bible but as people started experimenting they realized they can influence different types of characteristics

Now i used to grow and maintain 78 degrees and as we all know metabolic rates change with temps and what i found and is scientific fact for every 10 degree rise in temps plants metabolic rates increase tri fold

This is why its very common to see Sativa strain growing 14 - 18 feet tall as compared to indica varieties that are short stocky plants

since raising my temps to near 90's and keeping RH 60 - 65 i have seen huge differences but again to each there own

Do what works best for you gallery_12772_5190_123099.jpg

Your gaining weight but losing in quality. You can see how loose the bud is. Sure it's big but I'd rather dense quality bud. And what you pull a light or per watt? Btw your plants shouldn't smell in flower unless stressed aka your high heat

Super! I like to keep my temps around 74-78 as well. Around 65-68 at night. RH is around 65% at night, 35-40% in day. As long as the air is moving, they're great.

Yeah I do this for a living to ran so many strains over the years. I think every strain likes different temps and like someone else said characteristics can be a lot different on some strains. I think you really see this only over time of running same strain through similar tests. Timing also to of when the temps change during flowering it can get deep.

PLEASE BE MY FRIEND!!!!

AWSOME WORK!!!!

I have some DE 1150W lights too...I am doing my very first run with them!!!

My temps are at 82F and humidity at 60%.

They are VERY close to the DE, 1.5 feet away.

I myself have also noticed higher temps are better....

Experiment is what people should do understand the strain and where it came from to get the best results

It just like store bout fertilizers its not for one specific plant but a variety of species

You here Yes heat destroys THC but fall to understand yes what actually happens as the sunlight beats on your plants the Trics ( AKA ) protective shield gets used up and in the dark it replenishes it more and more as it progresses in flower it works just like that .
This is the reason why people harvest usually after 12 hrs of darkness and just before the sun is at peak levels

You do not harvest after 12 hrs of light but harvest after 12 hrs of darkness
so plants replenished it self

My temps 89 degrees 60 - 63 RH and 1150 ppm of Co2 giving me total of around 1500 total ppm of C02 including atmospheric c02 and not only do i pull the numbers but my quality is top notch

And thanks for be befriending me

But CBA and CBD is??
Not sure. I've known people who've had beach sand/blonde hash and kept it in wooden boxes for a decade. Not opened often and it turns into a deep red/brown. It degrades, but not from light.

Another guy I know did a short term experiment with his stash. Left it in direct sun for six months and saw no degradation from his control stash indoors.

Seems like another stoner myth.

interesting...

I have been lazy and let a plant dry in its pot...under the light....the smoke was smooth and potent:) (completely over dried wont do it again)

Solo not to be rude but the bud in that picture does not look top notch, those plants look hurting and forced.. Yield is phenomenal for sure on those short plants but i too think you're sacrificing quality. a comfortable room for you is a comfortable room for your plants imo as this is indoor. Different rules outside.

Light and oxygen destroy everything it's basic science
