Root cause of PM

Hey everybody been lurking here for a while and just recently got my own setup going. This is my first and last soil grow, I've done a few runs of DWC a long time ago and that will be what i use from now on..

Im currently at week 2.5 of flowering on this HeadBand (clones from dispensary..) As of now the powder mildew isn't crazy bad but its getting there.. I'm trying to control it but might end up just chopping them down.

My main concern is going into my next run i want to make sure everything is taken care of and it wont happen again. Selling my equipment and buying new is not an option at this point..
Here is my room specs
-4x8 gorilla tent w/ 1' extension
-30 pint dehumidifier
-6" exhaust fan + 8" exhaust fan (8" gets pushed through lights, they both have carbon scrubbers)
-1x 6" intake fan w/ phresh intake filter (it was a passive intake up until a week ago)
-titan controls saturn 5 w/ all 3x fans plugged into it, and dehumidifier plugged into it.
-2x 600 watt hps w/ 6" cooled hoods
-2" 8" osc fans (one on top of canopy one on bottom)

Temp on saturn 5 is set to 76 for day and night, humidity set to 48 for day and night (temps never go below 67/68 and never above 82/83, humidity stays around 50-55)

The exhaust fans blow into a storage room that is not connected to my space and no air that gets exhausted comes back into my space. the intake fan is right below a window that i have cracked open 24/7.

Can i do anything to improve my odds of not getting PM again? The first thing i think i might do is get a bigger/better osc fan, the 8" ones are somewhat powerful but the wind they produce doesnt go very far because of how small the blades are.

here are some pics..
(cant see 6" scrubber + fan in pics but its in the upper left corner opposite of the 8" scrubber)

powder mildew

Also forgot to mention the air from the window is pretty high humidity and ranges from about 60 - 80 degrees.

I should probably put my other temp/humidity meter at the window and see what it is.
thank you, I've never had to deal with it so I will bow out of this conversation but awesome setup
