Spotted leaves..normal?

I am a newbie grower and just today have noticed dark green blotches on my 13 day old seedling. I have just over 100 watts of CFL light on her in a box surronded in mylar running on a 16 hour light cycle. I rigged up and exhaust and an air intake fan so there should be plenty of ventilation and the temperature only gets maybe a just few degrees warmer than room temp in the box if at all. I have also kept her 1-3 inches from the lowest hanging CFL light. Currently she is planted in a solo cup with Shultz garden soil for vegetables and flowers with no nutrients or fertalizers added. My optimistic thinking is telling me that the leaves are just maturing and therefore getting darker since there is no brown coloratiom atm but it just does not look natural to me. It would be greatly appreciated if a grower with experience could tell me what he/she thinks the problem is, if there is one. IMG_50731.jpg

Your soil isn't doing you any favors here; no perlite for drainage and all the wood chunks will use up your nitrogen and make it acidic. Your plant is starving, not sure if you have any nutrients in there or the roots are damping off or both. I would re-pot that with decent soil ASAP or your seedling is really going to struggle.

looks like you got some liquid on the leaves and it reacted to it...she seems light green may want to add a lil cal mag
