Potassium deficiency?

18 plants going about 23 days old and 3 of them have shown brown spotting (some light green blotching) starting at lower leaves and moving upwards pretty quickly. Leaves fade and yellow as spots get worse. brown spots tend to be alot near on on veins. Bottom three sets of leaves affected on this plant. Noticed about 5 days ago.

Doesn't seem to fit anything I've seen. Wondering what kind of deficiency it is

if anything maybe a little mag def but if thats the first leaf set after coytledons id expect them to die off round about now or at least shrivel up or something mine usually do if its any further up id say mag def either epsom salts or calmag should fix

There is Epsoma dry organic fertilizer mixed into the soil at half strength. Watering with spring water bottled.
