Best Light To Grow With?

Okay guys, I'm looking for a light for flowering.

•Not too hot
•Budget friendly ($200-$250)
•Produce descent buds

Do you guys have a light in mind with the specs listed above? I'm open to anything except LED lights. Not going to waist my time with those.

It's a closet so it's a relatively small space. Here's a pic to get a better idea

I have one, it's a 216w T5, 4 bulbs 54w each. 64k

I think I'll stick with the T5, maybe throw a couple of cfl in there for extra light. I did some research and the bulbs that come with T5 are useless in the flowering stage. Ill get some 32k bulbs and mix them in with the 64k for more red spectrum or just change all bulbs to 32k

You will need that same lighting for at least the first couple weeks of flower to help out in the flower stretch stage, I wouldn't change all of them out for the first couple weeks. Maybe half and half?

Yeah mix it up better grows in my opion
