I'll be there helping djj . I checked the wood pile today and I have plenty of seasoned black oak leftover from last year. Did you hear that fumble lost her companion Lexi last night. It's real tough losing a Dog! She is so upset right now.

So, a member want's to donate some pine firewood to our BBQ and that's your comment?
I guess that means your showing up with some seasoned Live Oak or Madrone firewood for us?
We use about 1/2 a cord, and thanks for the donation. Please have it there by 4:00pm Friday night so @eddy600 and the early comers have firewood to stay warm by that 1st night.

They use briquettes to cook the pig, but that pine will work just fine for staying warm by.

I like hardwoods. Pine burns up to fast and doesnt leave good coals.

Totally understand the devastation part mate.
Took my wife least 7 yrs to get over our last dog leaving us..i couldnt imagine life now without our girl mastiff
