Seems like I need to call more/again. It's kind of annoying to wait on hold l only to hear the same response as always "processing".

Anyone actually get any more information other than the standard "processing" response?

HC is fucked. I asked what I need to fill out to change address they said I needed to include a new medical document...doesn't even make sence. She said it's in the regulations?

yeah unreal eh, im going to look it over and call again tomorrow to see what they say about the medical document. The amendment part is quite interesting, it asks for "date the changes take effect" to me it seems you could justify moving location/dg without waiting for new paperwork.

she lied to you,if they already have your medical document, then follow this once you get your paper work back from the goverment. You only need a new medical document if the amendment relates to a change in your medical document, or you are renewing. Then you need to provide a new original medical document. Address change you dont need a new medical document

I think everybody talks to the same dumb beeotch. She doesn't know the regulations from a hole in her head. Don't anybody worry about what she thinks she knows. She knows nothing and only totes the party line. Interesting in that regard to see what she thinks she knows.

But she doesn't actually know the regulations at all.

It's the same no-nothing lady who has told us all we have to buy LP clones and seeds. The same no nothing that knows nothing.

I called yesterday morning after calling a week or more before. They received mine on the 24th and she told me to call back in 2 to three weeks because they are backlogged. I asked her if, seeing that a Doctor has given me a prescription already, if I have to wait to start growing. Of course I knew the answer, but the question needed to be posed. It then led elsewhere until once again, I was hung up on. I called my local MP and spoke to someone. She's calling HC for me. Who knows?

Total BS that any other prescription can be filled immediately yet we need to wait form them to register us, averaging 8 weeks by what I'm hearing, before we can even start our minimum 12 week grow. I explained that I am growing because I cannot afford the black market prices, plus tax, that the LP's are charging. Again, she didn't like that.

What was the last "new" drug to go through this kind of shit show to gain access?I mean seriously....something new is available for condition X ('cause I saw it on tv) I can go to my doc and say hey I'd like to try this....and boom there is my script. The gov wants to treat cannabis like any other drug, but they don't.

Just got off the phone with HC...

'application' recieved on Nov 19th after being sent Express on Nov 3rd. Current status: still processing!
I didnt say much, but I've already harvested 2 crops and another one about to happen - I can't afford to go to a dispensary!

Ive got my prescription and all the paperwork - as someone said earlier, this is a registration not an application. Im only doing this to protect my family!

finally she gets my information. I tell her I sent in my renewal(my drs office fucked up and my registration lapsed) and all she can tell me is something is in the mail.
She legitimately sounded mentally challenged. Seriously, i do not mean this as an insult.
I'm a little disturbed my health information is behind handled by someone who totally sounded out to lunch.
All she could tell me is I should be getting something in the mail soon. She told me nothing more.
