Dwc fastest growth is arguable I mean my partner traded in his 56 site current culture system he ran perfect with cyco and biggest yield was 1.95 over 14 lights. He runs tupur now and since his lowest yielders is 2.27lb over 14 lights and that was with 10 strains. Since that first grow hit 2.35lb a light and last crop 2.47lb a light. Idk about you but idk people using hydro on that large of a scale successfully. Again sold his like 10k current culture system for tupur and canna and has blown the dwc away sincwrdwc for fastest growth and biggest yield, coco for ease of use, soil for flavor.
To me rdwc/dwc is the easiest system for large scale production, the equipment for dwc/rdwc systems works best in large scale grows anyway like a commercial water cooler and high pressure pumps , large rez , plus when the roots sit in an oxygenated nutrient rich solution they can drink more. I personally always see faster bigger growth in my rdwc than when i do fabric pots with quality coco/perlite in them, i would like to compare to flood and drain as well but my system isnt fully setup to do it yet. I have also run aero low pressure.Dwc fastest growth is arguable I mean my partner traded in his 56 site current culture system he ran perfect with cyco and biggest yield was 1.95 over 14 lights. Not really I mean the stepping around a commercial setting of 45k watts at 4 a light that's 180 site dwc system which would take so much maintenance and checking it's a nightmare to try and run. Commercial is organic, slabs with flood and drain, or coco. No one can risk your nutrient mix messing up one time and shocking 180 plants. Believe me at craft we pulled 2.3 a light every 9 days over 45k watts and 180 plants. I couldn't imagine trying to do it with dwc between spraying and constant maintenance and having to get in there. Plus with pots and pans I can go wall to wall and slide plants as needed but fill the full floor space. Can't do it with dwc one line gets clogged in that room while no one there = giant nightmare and possibly losing atleast 100lbsTo me rdwc/dwc is the easiest system for large scale production, the equipment for dwc/rdwc systems works best in large scale grows anyway like a commercial water cooler and high pressure pumps , large rez , plus when the roots sit in an oxygenated nutrient rich solution they can drink more.
Yea at that point you would probably need to break up the systems and run a few rez on different trays i hear you though thats a lot of work. Not really I mean the stepping around a commercial setting of 45k watts at 4 a light that's 180 site dwc system which would take so much maintenance and checking it's a nightmare to try and run. Exactly and again a pump breaks shit can go south quick in dwc especially with a total of nearly 1300 plants all that piping would be insane it'd cost like 10k just for hose fittings for the whole system lol like it adds up compared to bag of tupur some plastic pots and stakes and can hit the same yield if not more and do it consistently. At craft we ran 60+ strains all on the same nutrient schedule never a burn never a fuck up in any room. We went for perfectionYea at that point you would probably need to break up the systems and run a few rez on different trays i hear you though thats a lot of work.
What nutes you running bro?And i mean forum cut cookies getting same nutrient mix as gorilla glue or any heavy hitter with no ill effects on any plants.
Canna Coco a&bWhat nutes you running bro?
If you wanna see what I do look up 16 plants 4000wWhat nutes you running bro?
Yeh I'll take a look for sure bro, I'm running h&g nutes in canna coco but looking for a change. Currently running exotic genetics grease monkey (gg#4 x cookies n cream) found a nice purple gg#4 leaning pheno, but pushing them above 2.0ec they will show balls down low and yield crap .8ec to 1.2ec seems to be the sweet spot. How on earth you able to get up around 3-4 ec my truncheon doesn't even go that high haha?Canna Coco a&b
Rhizotonic
General organics cal mag
Cannazyme
Pk13/14
Inoculate every other feeding in flower with mycos
Never get plain water they are fed every time and weeks 6-8 I'm pushing 2000-2500ppm or ec 4-5
Week 9 they get ph water and over last 4 feedings ph goes from 6.1 which is while life and 5.9, 5.7, last feeding at 5.5
Royal gold tupur. Has red wood chips from the Oregon forest and bio-char and compost that buffers ec and ph. And schedule pushes the right nutrients EverytimeYeh I'll take a look for sure bro, I'm running h&g nutes in canna coco but looking for a change. Shit idk about legend lol hopefully one day I'm just loving what I do and wanting to get my strains out to everyoneDamn getting royal gold turper to the land down under could be a little difficult, have to get the local shop to look into it!!! Thanks afghan your a legend.
Computer controlled RDWC or thin film are used in industrial food growing....You should see the tomato "factories" in Holland and around the EU!Imagine 7 flowering rooms 180 plants each dwc....fuckin nightmare
