I changed my bulb from a 400mh to a 1000 hps and after about 36 hours my plants look down. They look super healthy but they look like they have been over watered but there not . can someone help?

nows there's more light you can see better

they use more water and temps up

check those temps

lift the pot b4 u water

That is a hell of a jump in Lumen's.
My 600mh is 39000 Lumen's
My 600w hps bulb 106000 Lumen's
My 1000w hps is140000 Lumen's

So think of a way to introduce your plant slowly, maybe raise the light and slowly lower it over a couple of days or put the plant off to the side and slowly move it back.

I might be completely wrong but it is a thought.
