Was smoking hydro when it first got popular and for many years after. Been runnin a shower stall ghetto in soil for bout 9 yrs, pretty regular. IMO. Soil tastes better.

K2SO4 helps, but you've got to make sure there are no cal/mag deficiencies.
A little molasses late in flower also helps the microbes -- which help your plant.
If you are growing organically, top dressing with bat guano and Langbeinite (Sul-Po-Mag) hits the spot.

A nice hearty semen spray helps the trichomes absorb more THC, flavor and the plants LOVE it. The terpenes really come out after 2-3 applications. I start at week 6 and stop by week 8 (on a 9 week strain)

I dilute at a mixture of 2 loads to 1 quart of water. a tiny bit of dish soap works as an emulsifier. Make sure you spray during your dark hours or plants can burn under the lights.

I ran Fox Farms Happy Frog for one grow. Great soil except it ran out of everything at once in week 4? of flower. At that point the grow became de facto soilless ... I fed with complete GH nute and got a good result.

How did you know it ran out of... nutes?
