these all look awesome guys. i just ordered my COB setup for my veg tent today. i hope everything comes in soon! gonna go get my angle aluminum to build my frame tomorrow. ive got some exotic genetix the future(GG#4 X starfighter f2) and some ethos collective blackfire(WIFI X afghan cultivar) in the veg tent under t5's. cant wait to light them up with these COB's. i might get to do a side by side 4x8 battle of 2 1ks vs 32 COBS @ ~1500W with my tried and true Chem D Cookies. cant wait!

What height are you running your lights at with those lenses? I ended up going with reflectors to save weight in the tent but when I ditch the tents I may switch to glass if it's beneficial

Don't discount the Khatod Silicone Lenses bro good stuff

In "my opinion" the Khatods give off a more uniform pattern and I like the thought of silicone for durability vs glass. I foliar spray a lot now and move my lights around a lot etc.

They are anywhere between 6"- 40" away from the tops of the plants depending on strain/phenotype (no training :shock:).
I'm running a lower PPFD set-up this round. The lights are as high up as they can go.
I like the lenses more than my Angelina's because of the wider footprint and less of a 'hot spot'.
They are Kingbrite 120 deg.

i'll put this in here as well as my thread when i start my build, but if you guys are doing the DIY route on your lights be sure and check your local metal supply welding stores for your angle aluminum. i just got all of mine for (2) 2x4 setups, over 50 feet in total with all my cuts done by them for just under $51. would have been over 100 with tax at lowes and i would have to cut all of the pieces with a hacksaw lol

these are about to go under 8 citi 1212's as soon as all my parts show up. they are "the future" (GG#4 X starfighter F2)from exotic genetix. it'll be nice to have some heavy indica in the garden instead of these damn lanky hybrids that stretch to no endIMG_1266.JPG !
