I am no pro myself i am on my first grow about 44 days flowering, alot of different strains have different size Calyxs and those just look to be large ones. Perfectly Fine. But not a 100% sure but you def have PART Female there, even if it was a hermie all that means is that it would pollinate itself and you would get some bud (not as good as seedlessbud do to the production of seeds and less on the THC) but you would get some feminized seeds out of it, i had people tell me to kill my HERMIE i chopped its balls off and moved it to a different area and now look! No signs of balls or seeds so you be the judge!!
No dont pluck the calyxs if they are calyxs they will shoot hairs out of them, and to me they look like they are ready to BLOW, nice and juicy. Pollen sacs are usually more Round and come in clusters wait a week or 2, i would not harvest yet, i think you got a few more weeks.
