Is it ok to move lights from middle of plant to the top?

Hell no. you can move lights around up-and-down take them out it doesn't matter it's not gonna affect anything. I think that you're thinking too hard into this. I know I did the same when I started, but just relax you'll be all right. there are some strains that just take far too long to finish. if the nugs look right to you and you want to move onto the next round then pull them. it's all up to you man. I have a few strains here and there that still have some white hairs when I take them down at 10 weeks but the buds are rockhard, most hairs have receded and caylxs have swelled noticibly and if left any further probably would self some seeds or have mold issues. I know some people will scof at this, but I run all my strains 10 weeks flower regardless. I just set that timeframe and when it's up they come down. I don't run any landrace sativas though so never have to worry. No worries though bro, you'll have this locked in no time!
Those white hairs are pistils and you will want to harvest when most of them are orange to brown.
Every time you move the lights the plants will try to follow. The plant will swivel in orientation to face the light source. People write in asking why their mid-leaves are getting a swirly look. Reason is that they have recently moved the plant or light and the plant is trying to swivel to get as much light as possible. Try not to move them, eh?
