If you were an injunctee who applied to the ACMPR because you needed an address / other change, then you don't have anything to worry about.

If not, you are in the same situation many in the MMAR were, technically PPS was the only 'legal' source so HC / government / police would be able to harass you at the very least for not getting 'legal' sources. Really though the ACMPR is just a stopgap until whatever legalization looks like materializes.

I think a few on here are brand new to the system and did receive a certificate even without checking the 'I need starting supplies' part, but obviously there are no guarantees. So you might try your luck leaving that unchecked if you're not an injunctee, and if they give you any grief try again with checking it.

It's something that is likely un-enforceable in practice. The real question is if under legalization the government has some solution to Allard v Canada other than letting people grow, in which case enforcement is back to being fairly simple.

It's nothing to do with RIU, it's a pecularity of XenForo, there's not a built in function for users to delete their own accounts. You need a mod to enable users to do it (which I'm guessing RIU doesn't have).

I'm not sure what the site's stance is on deleting accounts, but if you PM sunni she can probably tell you.
