Hmm they going to max out the per person with home.... is what I mean is could an apartment building have a huge grow op.... fuck 10 Apts could roll more than 40 plants..... nice side biz for an owner....lol

So not perfect but far from Armageddon. Same rules as around booze. Plant height etc. is ridiculous and unenforceable, but they'll figure it out.

Again, thank god these fools aren't drafting the new law. These are just recommendations, nothing but a waste of taxpayers coin. One would hope that if JT wants to get a second term, a lot of these recommendations will fall on deaf ears....and there will be changes as it makes its way thru the legislation process.

Well, I can "rent" space out. Like now you can dg for 2 and also have 2 others at your location. anyways who cares, lots to work out, this will take a few years, by then I will have moved on.

I am honestly surprised that they did not recommend removing home growing for patients seeing as there will be more access and they could be slimy and claim to the courts that they are meeting the requirements of the Allard ruling with legalization. It is a shame that they do want to remove designated growers as there are a lot of people who need the medicine who are unable to produce it themselves.
