That's good news. I went and registered at Branch McMasters. You can now do that on their website. I don't think you could do it before. You just gave your name to the contact person but now you can actually register. Happy holidays!

The privacy breach was intentional and meant to be Conroy's Golden Parachute but their plans went askew when the class action was delivered to Branch MacMaster because Conroy does not have a MDP as he falsely claims...

What's a MDP?


And while I don't disagree HC's actions were intentional, I don't think Health Canada / Harper's first thought in not using Expresspost was 'gee, I bet this will give Conroy some money'.

those of us who have had to take it hard because of this breach....are really wondering when they will move along with this shit...
I'll preface this by saying civil law is not something I'm very familiar with, but since the appeal was allowed in part a reduced set of criteria will now be considered for damages during trial (what those are, are listed in the appeal decision). So now it's going to trial, there's a chance the govt will just settle (but I wouldn't hold my breath).
