Just took a couple of pics of my homegrow set up.

I am using a 1m X 1m, 2m high BudBox

400w Sodium Grolux

RVK100A1 Extraction/Filtration Kit - 175m3/hour

Growing in Bio Bizz All-Mix soil

The fan aimed at the light keeps the temperature down. Its a cheap DIY alternative to air cooled lights. I live in the top of a building and the flat is generally very warm. Heat build up in the summer was a problem. Not so much now.

The heat from the fan is extracted through the roof and to a vent out of the attic. I havent needed to put on the carbon filter yet as there isnt much smell. Whatever there is will be extracted. I will need the filter when I start flowering.

The BudBox is completley lightproof. No smells escape - easy adjustable vents. Just makes the whole job so much easier. Couldnt reccomend it higher.

i have a complete NFT hydro system at home. I couldnt get it going. I had so many problems i went back to soil.

I am gonna try again, once I have harvested these girls I will try the Hydro again. I was using Vita Link nutes. I just kept killing every plant I grew. Never really got passed seedling stage. I spent a lot of money on very good seeds and lost the lot.
