Best CFM/W Fans?

In a 4x2x8 grow closet, there isn't much airflow. This closet won't be sealed either, so I figured just having good airflow would do the trick. Since the fans will be on 24/7, I'd like to pick out the best fans for my situation.

I currently has a Lasko Box fan, however it's big for the closet, and even on low it's blowing more air than needed, and using more power.

I'm looking at a couple HoneyWell HT-900's. Any other desk fans worth looking at?

I'm also looking at 140mm fans, and saw some 200mm fans as well. Anyone know if these are more efficient than a normal small desk fan?

Are you talking exhaust fans or fans to circulate the air inside the grow closet?

For that size closet a 10" or so oscillating fan is lots to keep the air mixed up or a couple of clip-on fans kitty-corner to each other blowing to create a circular flow of air should do it. Not a lot of room in there to use a big desk fan.

You don't want a constant blast of air directed at the plants in a steady stream so oscillating fans are preferred.

Perfect!!! Exactly what I was looking for. Would 2 be over kill? One above and one below the canopy?
