14 grams Syrian Rue seed, 25g Acacia Confusa root bark. Simmer them separately for 3 washes of 45 minutes each and then boil them each down into two shots. Take the Rue first, then in 30-45 minutes, take the Acacia. Strain both mixtures thoroughly with cheese cloth.

The rue contains Harmaline, an MAOI. The Acacia contains Dimethyltryptamine/DMT. These two things make Ayahuasca, which I make ceremonial on a regular basis.

You are going to be violently ejected from your body, shot across space and time, and you will talk to
God.

Can you explain this Tek to me with a little more detail or perhaps make a thread ? What exactly do you mean by 3 washes ? And what do you mean when you say boil it down to a shot ? Like let it evaporate till there is approx a shot left of solution?

I mean put water in the pot with the Acacia, simmer for 45 minutes, strain into a separate container, replace Acacia in pot and add another cup of water, strain after a 45 minute simmer again, add the Acacia to the pot one more time with water and simmer for 45, strain, take those three washes you just combined in that separate container, add that liquid to the empty port, and simmer until it reduces to 3-4 ounces. That is 2 doses.

Make sure to drink the Rue concoction 45 minutes before the Acacia. Only one wash and reduce to 3-4 ounces, for the Rue. Do not stand up for 2 hours after taking the Acacia mixture. Lie on a pad on the floor and let it happen.

No drugs except weed (Amphetamines, Opiates, Antidepressants, and anything with an LD50, most important to avoid) for two weeks prior.

I'm looking to get some DMT but this looks pretty easy. How are the effects with this method compared to smoking changa which is (I think) a 1:1 ratio of DMT to plant matter. Is it like weed where the effects persist a long time if eaten?

More intense than smoking chaliponga. You are more likely to leave your body with the Ayahuasca as opposed to smoking Chacruna or Chaliponga leaves. 1:15 to 2 hours is the length of the most intense part, starting around 45 minutes. Won't matter, though. Time will be irrelevant. Every breath, you will likely live a thousand lives and die a thousand deaths.

For the Acacia, should I get powdered bark or shredded? I'm guessing powdered is harder to filter.

Whole bark is less degraded shredded is slightly more degraded and powder has a chance of being in storage for years

But could be very very old and weak as hell. Whole or chipped bark is freshest worth the extra work if you have the time
