I have stated clearly multiple times what I expect from Trump. He is going to build a fence/wall/whatever across the south and maybe the northern border. It will be multiple times more effective than Obama's border policy. It is going to happen.

I also want him to fix the shameful situation with the VA healthcare scandal and reduce regulation and legislation.

Anything else is a cherry on top of the cake.

Whether you are happy with what he does is another issue.

Taking away a woman's right to choose has everything to do with women's rights. This is making it so someone who doesn't have the money to pay for a procedure is unable to get one; thus technically only taking away poor women's right to choose.

Would that be current code?

Does that cover all the codes for the whole city?

How about codes 10 years ago? Was a certain fixture code 10 years ago? Was the property even in the same jurisdiction 10 years ago?

My range is over 200 miles in diameter covering 3 counties and every residential structure built from before 1900 to present day. No human being can know all the codes, updates and variances for that geographical region.

I have 2 hours to completely assess every system in a home including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structure, roofing, insulation, windows, doors, water heater, faucets, sinks, tubs, showers, appliances, etc. Everything....

A residential home inspector goes off guidelines based on a set of standards approved by the state. Mostly it is common sense with a ton of knowledge thrown in.
