I agree 100% on that my friend.
i have had a couple inspectors come out to jobs and not even walk in and sign off on it.. its always the jobs i go above and beyond on too... inspector comes by and doesnt even get out of their car and im half tempted to be like.. "dude just come in a check it out" from my experience the township inspectors are way lazier than the home owner / realtor hired inspectors..

Right on, I can tell by the way you talk here you know what your stuff, and very good at what you do. If I needed a plummer I would call you forsure.
btw your common sense is beyond your years. Nice to see that out here, wish more had that gift, it would make this world a better place.
i learned from my dad pretty much. i started helping him when i was pretty young and got more and more into it

I really don't think he is a STATE Inspector,
correct sir. he's a home inspector in AZ.

heres' the requirements:
  1. Complete application process for certification.
  2. Complete 84 hours of classroom training.
  3. Pass National Home Inspector Examination.
  4. Provide a legible board log of the required 30 parallel in-training home inspections.
  5. Provide proof of financial assurance.
  6. Provide 2 fingerprint cards.

don't need to know shit about building codes.

Fuck That
@NLXSK1 tell them how you are a Top Flight Home Inspector. Let them know your earnings. Make them respect your name.
Hell tell them how you fucking earned a degree in 4 years that should have took two. Make them aware that you owned a fucking warehouse selling goods to the military. How you ran a multi-million dollar pool service...mansions only.

mike pence tried this in indiana already.

they were rewarded with the breakout of an HIV epidemic.

In 2013, Pence’s first year as governor of Indiana, Scott County’s one Planned Parenthood closed in the wake of public health spending cuts. Since that particular Planned Parenthood was also the county’s only HIV testing center, there was no longer a place for the county’s 24,000 residents to get tested.

Nearly 20 percent of Scott County residents live below the poverty line. Injection drug use there is a major problem, increasing the risk of HIV outbreak.

Fast-forward to 2015. Local health officials began to report HIV cases linked to intravenous prescription opioid use in Scott County. Scott County residents were sharing needles to inject their opioids, and nobody was getting tested.

The situation quickly spiraled out of control. At the height of the outbreak, 20 new cases of HIV were being diagnosed each week, reaching a total of nearly 200 cases by the time the outbreak was finally under control.

Yet Mike Penis didn't suffer any consequences; indeed the cockroach is now movin' on up to the VP job.

Until it starts costing politicians THEIR JOBS, this kind of shit will continue.

Nothing I would post publicly....
I completely understand the sentiment, unfortunately the establishment would see that as martyrdom and that would be even worse.

This country's political system has a shocking accountability problem. How to change it?
