My timing is off on this run. What to do If you're working with limited space and you veg to long. I usually cut off cut off unwanted branches tie down and lst and hst before putting into flower. What I would like to know is if you had, say a 2ft plant in veg and decided to trim unwanted branches off and trim the rest back to 1ft tall and put into flower. Would this work or is it a bad idea?

dont mess around, dont defoliate, dont trim, simply cut the top off at desired height, couple days later flower it. you'll love the top clone too
i agree . but i trim and top and lolly pop but i do not wait to start the flowing process . ill do a lot surgery on a plant the same day i am starting flower less work dont have to move them more then once .

If your slashing lots of your plant you might slash of some roots and repot, after an initial shock she should grow back fine. Please dont blame me if it all goes wrong :-)
