I have one! Love it here. Hopefully some of these people wishing trump will help them when it's all up to us. All the red states getting all the money. Now it's our fault they are underemployed. I started watching all of the trolls on Facebook and check out their profiles. Most are angry old men who have failed. It's easy to blame others. Did I end up where I wanted? Nope but it's all good. Maybe some day my wife and I can head out west and visit. She lost her pension from a company she worked for. We ain't mad. Just enjoying life. It's to short not to. OK, please oh please find where I've said ANYTHING positive about Trump or his administration. I've stated repeatedly, in this thread no less, that I don't have any optimism that he will make things better. And I've not said anything about my personal life, I've not bemoaned any "personal failures" so I'm not sure why you're making that comment.
I don't like gov't telling me, or you, or anybody else how to live their lives. Why does that offend people like you so badly? What part of "Just get out of our lives and leave us alone" is so offensive to people like you? Why do you feel the need to attack that position? I have come to the conclusion in life that people like you must actually WANT elected officials to run your life. There's no other explanation.

It's easy to see the problem. History. Take some courses in history. Find out who paid for the railroads, and other projects in the beginning. You have no idea how it would be without government. You see I lived in an time when people hunted for food and lived on subsistence farming. Land was cheap and no government help. Then they built roads and brought infrastructure for factories. Then factories got tax breaks to move in. Then they left in 10 years and went to Mexico. I sent myself to EE school and didn't depend on anyone did I? Yes the government. You are so deluded. What branch of service are you in? I was in the USAF. Yep so self centered you are. We have snowflakes like you I left at work. Can't fix squat. They cry and whine. Go to school. It will be OK. Stop hanging on a weed site and take some some electronics or something. You couldn't make it pooping in an outhouse. The government takes care of your poop too.

First, I haven't complained about anything but gov't intrusion into our lives. I hardly think that's whining. You obviously didn't get too much out of your reading comp classes in EE school. You're off topic because you can't repudiate what I've said. I never said I wanted NO government. In fact I said earlier in this thread that the gov't needs to take care of our infrastructure (roadways, bridges etc) and punish crimes (not the made up victimless crimes like drug possession) and provide for the common defense. I said I wanted the gov't to stay out of my personal life, your personal life and everyone else's personal life. I don't want them telling me what I can or can't do. I don't want them telling me how to live my life. As long as I hurt nobody, as long as I don't victimize anyone, why should it be their business what I do???? Or what you do??? I would think that people on this site would overwhelmingly support such an idea!!
So I'm going to ask again for clarity: Why does it offend you that I don't want the gov't forcing their morals and beliefs on me or you? Why does it offend you that I want you and me to have the freedom to live our lives as we wish?
And for the record, I am a 10 year US Army vet. My brother is an 8 year USMC vet, my dad is retired Army and both grandfathers served in WWII. I appreciate your service in the USAF. Not that any of that is germane to this discussion.
Also, I fix things, actual physical things every day for a living. No whining here brother.
