Sciatic nerve pain

anyone with any help on strains that help would be greatly appreciated. My siatic in my back and legs are really acting up and the strains I was using are not helping now, so any suggestions would be great??

I haven't used it but an inverted table supposedly works really good and they are cheap (300-400) If I mess up my back from lifting I just hang on a chin up bar and let my body dangle. Seems to work as it stretches the spine out and pulls in the disk. Not recommended as it'll depend on what your spinal issue is but for me proper stretching and doing a bridge stretch pretty much eliminates my back pain, until I forget to keep doing it.

For me it hasn't been a specific strain as much as being as close to a 50/50 cbd/thc ratio as possible, even obtaining this by mixing high cbd and high thc strains has helped greatly. It likely highly depends on the injury you have causing the sciatic pain however, mine is inflammation from ruptures, hernia's, stenosis and degenerative disc disease. There are days nothing works though, and on those days I use the highest thc possible just to make the day mentally better since the physical is going to be complete shit.

Make oil with coconut oil and use it as a salve. I get better relief from my sciatic nerve pain with edibles and topicals.

Some of the best pain relief I have found have been from auto flowers. They have THC and cbd as well as other cannabinoids that only ruderalis contain.

I suffer with sciatica a few times a year and there are some stretches that can really help. Keeping yourself warm can help too. But, when it comes to Cannabis, I would combine either a type-2 (1:1) or type-3 (high CBD) strain, in oil form, with equal parts St John's wort oil (a good brand is Herb Pharm). Apply this topically (warm the oil first), starting at the hip and going over the side of your arse effected, and down your leg. If you have any DMSO, you might want to add a little to the oil, as it'll help drive the oil into the dermal layer.

Chocolope edible or joint .... with some heat on the back... cause that's where it comes from
Is it sharp pain or that dull nagging pain lol
Also was using devil fruit last night and it seemed to work as well

Do you do any stretching? This can help allieviate some pain big time if done a few times a day. Certainly something an alarmingly small amount of the population never does. Especially as we age.

Hit up the net and look up Piriformis stretch, its one of the major culprits in sciatic pain as the bundle of nerves responsible for sciatic pain passes through that area.

Nagging can't get comfortable in any position. I normally use canna caps but nothing. Bending over or sitting are terrible.

My wife is a yoga, Piyo instructor so I tried that. Googling piriformis stretches thanks

Yoga is good for maintaining flexibility. Not really specific to certain conditions caused by muscular imbalance due to tightness. So it wouldnt do much specifically for that. A physiotherapist can get ya back on track, at the very least give ya some stretches and exercises to help

Sorry to hear of your problem. I had it bad for a few years and used every strain available and canna-lotions too but it never helped the leg pain. Edibles never worked for me. I felt like I was walking on marshmallows and couldn't feel the ground. I had 4 verts fussed in 2009 and took like 2-3 months to recover. I used the weed in conjunction with perks and zoned out for months until the rehab. I still get some lower back pain but never have issues walking now. Have you had an MRI yet?

my god... :( sounds like they put you through the ringer...

I don't like the way our medical system works and what they pretend to do to people..
nine times out of ten there are usually other better ways than what they suggest to treat an illness.
.its just that the INFO isn't out there for people to find easily....usually only anecdotal...so how does one draw from that? Sure doesn't make it easy but Id say the better bet is not taking you apart and or pharmas answer to your illness for that matter.

I have started to exhaust my options..and have been reaching a little as of late.
mmj works a little but not enough...
using pharma crap gets you treated like you are some sort of disgusting parasite ...
slithering thru from prescription to prescription....
so now I opt to let a pain clinic inject freezing directly into the nerves and vertebrae in my neck and back
and of course I have to sign a waiver in case something was to go wrong....in an out patient setting...
and all of this is to try and just settle the nerve responses down.....
I have had multiple mri's and xrays...seen multiple surgeons/ neuro...etc

No MRI yet just a doc in a small town that loves pushing pills. That I want no part of
Heat ... cold... heat .... cold.... I hate when that shit acts up.... sometimes puffing on a different strain makes it worse lol weird like it over rides the strain that was working
On side with pillow between the legs works too

Ffs eh.... need to squirrel away a handful of cannacaps for the suprised crap

I know ya might not like pills but ibuprofen will help relax the muscles strangling your nerve

Thanks bro but since I had osteomyelitis when I was young and it took the docs 3 months to figure out what was wrong while feeding an 8 year old all the pharma crap under the sun my stomach lining is done
