Read between the lines, the guy with a record/history and no money, a loser lawyer paid for by the government. Case was settled on a plea and he agreed to the 15 days. No judge in their right mind would give that kind of sentence to someone without a record whether they claimed medical or not. There's no point proven here, just a bad story from a local hicksville newspaper with nothing better to report on.

What in the fuck have you EVER done to try to change the world? You have no fucking idea who I am. what I've done or what changes I've helped bring about. I didn't spend my life taking orders without questioning from some dick with stripes on his arm like you have. I question EVERYTHING...LOUDLY. Writing letters is an effective form of communicating a point of view to those politicians you otherwise have no access to, but it's only one of the many activities I engage in to cause change.
So I ask you again, what have you ever done to promote any social justice cause? Or to put it another way, have you spent your entire life being an instigator and a Jackass69 with out having any purpose or direction?

I have no problems going head to head with anyone, I've chewed up & spit out lawyers a few times in my day. I only pass judgment on those who deserve or ask for it, otherwise I live and let live. I also call it like it is, the article states the guy has history. They were writing about some loser who got caught red handed and tried to use the medical angle to get off. Any legit patient (licensed or not) without a record who gets caught growing a couple of plants would be very unlikely to get convicted, and would certainly not receive any jail time.
You're calling me judgemental yet all I've seen form you since you joined this site is negativity and uneducated opinions about just about anything you decide to post about that day. Seems to me like you're nothing but another LP mouthpiece or cop. Have a nice life, I won't know what you're up to or saying here. I haven't used cannabis or any drug in a recreational manner since about 5 months after my now 12 year old was born, if replacing hand fulls of prescription pills that were not only not working but were also damaging my heart, liver and possibly kidney's is rec then medical users don't exist.like you...just rec .
