Yes, about 10% more efficient being under driven, but the lenses add another 50%+, especially at longer distances.Do you know the wattage the cobs on the amare are driven at? How about each mono?
Not sure, but they offer a 5-yr bumper to bumper warranty and have been around longer than all of the current premium COB companies.
All the other lights.....which are more efficient also cost less with the 4 cobs...... amare is a buisness build around money not growing.
Interesting, they have the one of the lowest MSRP and actual market price, using premium components backed by one of the best warranty with the highest cri and ppfd, yet they're in it for money and not growing. The cost of the XP-G3 they use is the same as a CXB-3590 and much higher than Vero and Citizen. A few of the previously mentioned companies also use generic drivers vs. Meanwell while offering no lenses and veg. option.
