Looks unhealthy bro. over watered? I night time @ 59f week 2 and the don't do that. Only time I see this on mine is over water, ntox or root bound like a mother lover. Don't think you are bound.

You may be right about higher temps. Itll move the water through faster, but i also think it looks overwatered. Id say its fine though, take cuttings if ya want. You can take em after four nodes if you want. And dont be afraid to take non tip clones. Ive had nice plants grow from center branch clones.

Plastic bags make it hard for the root zone to breathe. It might be a contributor to the over watering .....ldk
