I'd say 16o a plant is possible here. I just did 11 each on my jack herers under 600w. Depends on the strain.

Who was your partner prior to this grow & how did you end up with all the gear?
I only ask because you mentioned that you are are experienced but this is your first solo grow. Therefore, you had a partner/mentor during previous grows -- which is fine. I'm not trying to be a dick.
EVERY person I know who partnered with someone in a grow op, said that it ended badly. I have actually been approached twice to be a partner & I avoid it like the plague. I don't need a grow buddy and I sure don't need the hassle that comes with it.

I had a lot of help man. I had an 11 month apprenticeship with a grower prior to this grow. He gave me the knowledge and resources to get this started, I funded it. We still networking together; It's a great partnership. I took some time to research everything. Lights, space, nutrients, everything. I planned meticulously. I'm a woman ;)

I suck at growing things, I killed a succulent and an aloe plant, but I can grow bomb ass weed. Idk. Weird huh.

Now that you have this under your belt shoot for something closer to 1g/watt. I'm averaging about .75gpw. Change variables and see what different things do.

I believe you! My wife is very meticulous. Her files in the office are actually color coded! (I tell her there are meds for OCD but she doesn't listen.)

I'd start with light distance. Then 1k lights could be a tad bit closer. Inch them in until you notice top bud/leaf damage then you know next time what the closest is to go. I'd personally have those about 12" from the top of my ladies.

Wow! Nice job. And nice setup. it is a very respectable job and the buds look nice from the pic in the room. Bright and frosty!

Half a gram per watt is a very good number for your first solo grow. It took me almost 2 more years than that to get around .9 consistently in my perpetual. I don't grow a cash crop kind of setup. I grow many potent balanced medical strains and harvest every week or so instead. And potency is the main concern.

But I did not change anything in my room. Pot size or even genetics to double my gains. So my advice is keep doing exactly what you are doing and strive to learn and do something to improve your technique every time.

I wish I had the power and space for your room. Nice!
