It is a younger trap that ive been caring for sometime now. I didnt start it from seed either bought it at local store.

I had a flytrap when I was young. I fed it tiny pieces of ground beef. I think it lasted a few months, until I lost interest. Suddenly I'm feeling interested again.....

Ha ha, I was just searching online to prove that you CAN feed a trap lean ground beef but all evidence suggests otherwise.

Now if you grew flytrap weed, aren't you afraid of the weed attacking you when you try to harvest? Things that make you go hmmmm.

I had a couple of flytraps as a kid. I think mine died from a combination of feeding it ground beef and not watering it.

People always say "if it isn't catching any flies to give it a little bit of raw hamburger. Apparently that isn't the best thing for it.

That was back when I was a kid and there was no internet. Hell I remember when we got our first home video game, it was that same exact Pong game from "That 70's Show". I can remember playing that thing in my brothers room thinking we were so cool because we had a Pong game, at home even. Ah childhood......

I have good childhood memories too, remember getting my first Nintendo nes thing, the original first one with super mario bros, it was the bees knees back then, then i got the game boy a little while before it was released in the uk, matey in the shop ordered it from the us, you guys always get everything before us!!

Everyone I've talked to who has fed their trap beef has had it die (including mine). It does however seem like the popular thing to do. I even found one site where a guy fed it his own flesh. Diseased flesh at that! They were peelings from his athletes foot! His survived but even he says ground beef will kill it. I'll try and find the link to that, it was pretty gross. He had pics!
