Long flowering. I personally like long flowering sativas
I think the buzz is more complex from the long flowering time.
I've grown them before. Some fruity and some spicy.
Thats part of the fun.

How you like the h.s.o.? I have a couple of their beans I plan to pop after summer passes. I had some nice BD about 8-10 yrs ago and I remember that it was a wonderful smoke....enough to make me want to get seeds of it. I just dont know if what I smoked were the real deal from cut or if it were H.S.O. all those yrs ago?

Been down a bit and some things have changed. I have went perpetual. I took down the little 2x2x4 cabinet. I went and got another oak cabinet. It is 2x2x6. It has adjustable roll out drawers. It will allow me to start seeds and run mothers and cut clones all in the same cab. My original 2x4x6 cab is now my flower chamber.
It has a mix of c99, special haze, blue dream. It also has some f5 beans from a friend, some brick seeds and skme seeds from that bag I showed from a friend that were 10-30 years old.
I just got some seeds in from @moondance, thanks again buddy. There will be a few skunk wrecked widow from him in there.
I also got some @RM3 gear in. I will be running some ctf, garlic bud and heaven & hell from him.
I also have some more autos from mephiso and the vault coming along with some stuff I will order. I will be running the autos and something high in cbd.
Some of these will end up outside.
I managed to get three rows of eight plants in my bigger cab. I was hoping for four rows of eight. It should allow me to cut some about every 7-10 days.
When pics come back up I will post.

In your experience, with what kind of male/female ratio does one have to reckon with? Or is it dependent on strain, environment and such?

It varies. Everything from genetics to environment can alter the ratios in my opinion.
I generally don't have a 50/50 ratio. I normally get closer to 70% female.
Just luck of the draw this time. I also gave a couple of the female plants away.

There really isn't a need for 50/50 ratio. One male can pollenate many females. To me it makes sense the ratio of males would be lower.

right but statistically.... it should be 50/50 in theory anyway by doing Mendelian genetics, female can only donate an x chromosome, and a male can donate an x or a y, which would yield 50/50 F:M ratio.

True but in my opinion its not that simple. I think there is more to it than that.
I've just noticed over the years that I get quit a bit more females than males. On average about 60-70%.

it seems very simple but it's actually quite accurate when dealing with a single trait!
but the sample size of life is very large so you never know what you'll get!

If they are the testers they are OG Kush x Casey Jones x Qrazy Quake s1's I cant wait to see those cool cool. The Skunk Wrecked Widows is good grower she likes 20/20/20 in veg plus cal mag 5ml and 10 during flower for me so I cant wait to see them too this is awesome! MD

That's what they are. I didn't feel like digging my seeds out. Lol.
I grow organic so I'm not sure the ratios of npk in my soil. Some will be indoors, some will be out doors. I only popped a couple of each so far. Gave a couple of each to a buddy.
