Planning an outdoor grow.this summer, my question is would a plant grow and survive straight from seed outdoors? In u.k. climate/weather. Anyone else done this before and had any luck? I kniw starting indoors then moving outdoors generally seems to be the thing that most do but the spot I've found is so hidden just requires a bit of climbing and jumping down a few things that would be awkward with an already grown plant in case of knocking it about too much and maybe damaging it most ill do is just germ them indoors then plant straight outdoors .cheers

Too risky mate, mice and rats love seeds and will sniff it out. Ive seen 200 jiffy pots with seeds devoured in one night.

make a seed bed outdoors and when plants get big enuff trans plant the seedlings. It works great and is not hard to do.pot seed is just like corn seed and you can grow great plants that way.
