We both had a nice steak mine was topped with caramelized onions with a side of garlic potatoes and asparagus. While we are out to eat the guys at the table across from me we're quoting Scarface and my wife mentioned she never seen it so right from that moment that meant a trip to the movie store to get Scarface because you can't not watch that movie. What movie?

Well actually, to be honest, errr no....... I have not seen Scarface. But to be honest I was very busy when it came out.But I bet youve atleast seen it. I've been with my wife for over 8 years now and theres so many classics shes never seen including the godfather
I saw like half of it ... so I only know the line "say hello to my little friend", referring to an Uzi or other such subgun I think. The movie contains a very bad chainsaw instructional, and I don't wanna see that sort of tool abuse ever again.Well actually, to be honest, errr no....... I have not seen Scarface. I sauté baby bella mushrooms with my onions, add a dash of soy sauce, fresh cracked pepper, minced garlic, sometimes even a bit of finely chopped ginger!LOL I had steak too and caramelized onions. Did not watch Scarface.
Lol thats funny man cause that line is in the last 5 min or so of the movie and it was a big machine gun with a grenade launcher on it he says that right be4 firing a grenade at the door to his officeI saw like half of it ... so I only know the line "say hello to my little friend", referring to an Uzi or other such subgun I think. Swap out that ginger for a small blob of oyster sauce.I sauté baby bella mushrooms with my onions, add a dash of soy sauce, fresh cracked pepper, minced garlic, sometimes even a bit of finely chopped ginger!
It's how steak is DONE, lol
Mmmmm that sounds yummy too, but I remain an unrepentant ginger fiend.Swap out that ginger for a small blob of oyster sauce.
Love oyster sauce with beef. Unctuous, bloody beef.
I like to finish in the pan by browning butter. And garlicI sauté baby bella mushrooms with my onions, add a dash of soy sauce, fresh cracked pepper, minced garlic, sometimes even a bit of finely chopped ginger!

Try some steak sashimi ; thinly sliced with a soy, ginger, wasabi dip. Absolute heavenMmmmm that sounds yummy too, but I remain an unrepentant ginger fiend.
Gross! I usually just use a tissue/old sock/my wife's body/etc.I like to FINISH IN THE PAN by browning butter. And garlic
I wouldn't say no to thatHow about some sherry mushrooms on steak? Mmmmm
I usually cook my steak in a frying pan, especially in winter with the grill out of commission. When the steaks come out of the pan to rest, the onions and mushies go in to soak up all them tasty juices- that's half the reason for doing it in the first place!I like to finish in the pan by browning butter. And garlic
I picked up diff meat, olives cheese and crackers to snack on.
Pickles and some hot peppers I pickled
Ehehe time to eat
That sounds amazing.Try some steak sashimi ; thinly sliced with a soy, ginger, wasabi dip. Absolute heaven
