High CBG Oil

I'm a patient at WMMC, and they seem to be the only producer who sells CBG oil in canada. Have any of you seen it at a dispensary? Anywhere? I just wonder how well it work on pain, seems a lot of info is on digestive illness. I don't think I'm gonna find any people who have taken it so I will try it myself.

so as it turns out...CBG is a stem cell of sorts and can be either THCA or CBDA

There fore ANY KILLER HERB should have loads of it if you harvest early....

As was said. Definitely NO LP hemp needed! Yer better off with anything else really.
I don't think you would get anywhere near a 1:1 ratio of THC:CBG unless you stopped your plants super early and then the yeild would be shit. lets take an analogy of a car factory (cells that make THCA/CBDA) and the car lot (trichome head).

Well lets think of the trichome like a little factory making THC. CBGA is the first cannabinoid synthesized by the joining of isoprene units with olevtolic acid by CBGA synthase. Then it is given to THCA or CBDA synthase to make into THCA or CBDA which is secreted into the trichome body by secretory cells. Just like cars going down the manufacturing line and being put onto the lot once finished. CBGA is like the completed car without the engine put in. One step to completion. if you went and stopped the factory before it was done making all the cars, you wouldn't have the lot half filled with cars without their engine, there would be a few in the factory but they wouldn't be collecting. Unless lets say the machine to attach the engine broke, then you had to fill up the lot with cars with broken engines. Or lets say someone operating the plant thought cars didn't need engines and just decided to transport them to the lot without the engine.

Similarly, the plants aren't synthesizing all the CBG they need then turning it all into THC, CBG is just a step on the biosynthetic pathway (assembly line). if you stop a plant early it might have 2% CBG and 18% THC instead of 0.5% CBG and 20% THC. But it is still not close to 1:1. Plants that accumulate CBG at maturity (hemp or marijuana) would need to have either defective THCA/CBDA enzymes or some error in the secretory cells where CBG is secreted into the trichome instead of THC.

And for the record man, I think out of all the LP's, WMMC seems much better than the rest (organic, although they still uses animal products). If I had a gun to my head and had to pick, I would choose them. The way you are talking about it seems like you are totally supporting LP's. I'm not sure where your motivation stems from...?
Do you grow vegan? By animal products do you mean like fertilizer? One thing I don't understand about vegans is don't they know that all their veggies are grown with animal products for fertilizer? Just seems like a bit of a misunderstanding of the circle of life lol....
And if you use synthetic fertilizers then you're gonna fuck up the environment and hurt more animals. Ive heard some talk about vegan permaculture, but im pretty sure most vegans buy their righteousness at the store, go figure.

Seems you dont understand plant based fertilizers and enzymes. If you wanna smoke weed grown with a slurry of animal shit, have at it. Also chill with the heavy handed LP endorsing. No fans of that here. And you dont have to be a vegan to grow that way, lol smdh

Yes I understand and acknowledged the fact that CBGA is a precursor to THCA and CBDA. I gave my explanation on why I don't think it will be in appreciable quantities in normal plants, because it is an intermediate in the pathway and not an end product. If you have any data to show me of plants harvested early with near 1:1 THC:CBG please show me...

In the wild, weed, or any plant grows in soil. Soil is a mixture of minerals, dead animals and plants, shit and tons of micro-organisms. I grow all my food/weed organically and buy mostly organic food/weed that I can't grow. I do love everything grown from shit, it makes the best food/weed. properly composted soil will kill any possible harmful pathogens from animal products.

I asked for anyone who had experience with High CBG strains. Wmmc is the only one I have seen selling CBG oil. If anyone has gotten a CBG product from a dispensary or grown it themselves I would love to hear their experience. Instead everyone just wants to yell LPees are bad instead of discussing CBG. Also I like to play devils advocate and get a good discussion going, haha. Its fun to work people up sometimes, and get them to flesh out an argument. I know lots of LPs are growing ditch weed and spraying poison. But what the fuck did you guys expect from the government? The government, from its inception in Canada, has always acted for the benefit of capitalists. However, that doesn't mean that every legal company is owned and operated by blood sucking capitalists? If you've ever been to whistler, its full of people who like to ski/board and smoke weed, and WMMC grows good organic weed.

Now, if you would go back in my posts, you might see I actually had an idea of how people of cannabis culture could operate a legal production in the new system and not be owned by capitalists. A cannabis Co-op. Owned by members who get all the profits as a dividend. http://rollitup.org/t/lp-idea-cannabis-co-op-the-mec-of-cannabis.932267/ I'm not a shill for the capitalists, but I also don't believe that all LPs are evil and growing shit. I know a lot are, but there are def some decent ones that got through (broken coast is another).

Have you seen any other producers/distributors in Canada which (MMAR, Dispensary, LP, Home grower, black market) test for CBG and have a CBG enriched product? Most other LPs don't test for it, I haven't seen it in dispensaries. I have Only seen CBG/CBD european hemp products, and we know the quality of the hemp oils is much less than for marijuana.

Not a schill? Then why the hell do you keep plastering wmmc and cbg? All the symptoms it helps alieviate can be helped by cbd or thc. Inner occular pressure, IBS, and inhibit GABA to reduce anxiety. No need to attempt your trolling, people here have thick skin and are on the ball

This is not supported by science.

I was interested in cbg long before this post came along and was happy to see someone else interested in it. I was looking at it as an alternative to thc for sleep related issues, but obtaining it naturally in any quantity has seemed unlikely so I stopped looking into it. I won't mess with an LP's oil but if a legit strain was bred to have super high levels of cbg (without having to pick low yield immature flowers) I would want to grow at least one to see how it works for me.

I'm far from vegan. I've grown with plant based ferts and animal based also, both with great results. My concern is the quality of the animal based fertilizers. You telling me they make their own blood and bone meal out of free range rocky mountain goats? Where do they get their blood and bone meal from?

You haven't provided any data to back this up but I'll agree that MOST (not ALL) of the organic produce bought in stores is grown using animal based fertilizers. I happen to grow most of my own vegetables... with plant based fertilizers... also grown by me. You shouldn't assume.

I'm not impressed with these either: Organic production systems — Permitted substances lists (https://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/ongc-cgsb/programme-program/normes-standards/internet/bio-org/lsp-psl-eng.html).

Give me shit from a moose that's been eating water lilies and running in the wild or from my own chickens (one day) who I've fed myself with home grown/made meals, sure I'm cool with that.

But you can keep those bags of tainted slaughter house by-product bone/blood meals, I'll pass on that shit.
