I wanted to to get the best light that I could for my ladies. Facing sky high electric and constant heat issues, a COB set up was clearly the best choice for me. Also, I wanted high quality, cutting edge stuff. I wasn't too excited about DIY, so the framework option gave me a turn-key solution.

Very happy with my 400w vero 29 framework from timber grow lights. As shown below, it came with very large sst-x heatsinks from northern grow lights. Super stoked about that, so shout out to robincnn

TGL answered all my noob questions, packed it unassembled to save me a chunk on shipping, and provided me with custom 10 foot leads for remote driver mount.

Here she is, Day 49F and 1st day under sweet COBs, this replaced a $140 roleandro 2nd gen "600w" panel. (that panel sold fast for $110 on CL the next day)

it might be a little over powered for my one lady in a 3x3, so far so good.

I highly recommend Timber Grow Lights... top shelf gear with top notch service. Can't go wrong.

Thanks for reading this.

Beautiful mainlines :clap::clap::hump::blsmoke:

I just want to give a shoutout to @RainDan and let anyone interested in high quality components and unbelievable service know, Timber is the way to go!

Dan contacted me when he saw I was having problems with my "DIY" lights that I bought purchased. He offered to help, and for very little money, he set me up with a new Citizen 2 cob kit and even salvaged some of my DIY stuff to create an extra light with a better cob! My new gear should be here middle of next week.

I can't say enough good stuff about this company, their products, and especially their customer service!

My 300w 6 3590 cob kit from timber makes an absolute mockery of the 300w 6 cob fixture I bought from go green led for about the same price before I knew about timber. Can't wait to ditch it and grab another fixture from timber @RainDan

If you bought the 300w CXB3590 from Timber that was $100 more than the GoGreen CXB3070 fixture, then yes it is a better light (but not by an "absolute mockery").

If you bought the $589 CXB3590 300w from Timber, then they are about on par with each other. Different chips but also run at different efficiency levels. Check your facts before you spread rumors. I have nothing to do with either company, but dont throw out bullshit.

Hi @hornedfrog2000

Thank you for your post - this was a very unfortunate incident and the only one (luckily) that we have had so far. That said, we have really tightened up shipping operations so that all packages require a signature upon delivery when shipped by USPS and UPS and we also validate that the shipping addresses are correct and will check with customers if there are any inconsistencies or issues with their billing/shipping information.

I appreciate your business and look forward to the opportunity to serve your needs in the future.

Have a good day,
Dan

lol i was just about to ask "slittygen?".. monday's lol. thanks for the reply.

that sounds good.. for my cab i figure i only need about 120watts, so i guess id use all four lights driven at 60% or something.. been reading the cob threads, not too many people running them in small cabs it seems?
