Im in the 949 so if you're in the 714 you may be cutting my aluminum :)

How do you cut it? It's something I didn't consider..
My friend had an electric hand saw. You can use a hack saw but make sure it has the right teeth.

I think lowes actually cuts them. I went to Home Depot and they didn't.

949 that's chill , close by

Good stuff man. I just made mine today!

The cobs are huge, get the 1/8th aluminum if you can cut it. Feels great

I'm just wondering about two things... We are running the 1400 ma drivers.. I thought I would be receiving a 2100.. when I tested my wattage from the wall it was 183 watts. I was just under the impression we would be getting a full 200 watts... Not that it's a big deal..

Also, I thought I was getting 3500 kelvin. My box reads 3000k. I see yours says the same. Is it just a typo or do we have 3000k?

valid questions. you should ask timber. I received wrong cobs once from another vendor and got replacements sent. If thats the case, you'll have extra cobs :weed:

Hi @sunny747

Thank you for the post - I am unsure what happened with respect to your order but would be happy to make it correct. Send me an email at dan@timbergrowlights.com or give me a call at 866-892-5364 and I'll make sure the correct part(s) are sent out ASAP.

When using the fixture without the dimmer, you will realize the true power supply output which in this case should be 200-220 Watts. Disconnect the potentiometer harness whenever not in use and it will automatically give you a power boost.

Best Regards,
Dan
