Well yes, they could shut the industry down, but they cannot force CO to re-criminalize the substance. Then you just go from moderate problem with the black market to a HUGE unregulated black market, as home growing for personal use would still be legal. It would basically make the situation worse in every aspect, and send a bunch of money back to organized crime. Unless federal officials have the time and effort to track down and raid all the little 'personal growers' in CO it would just be an epic fail on all fronts. The state police wouldn't get involved most likely.
Was criminalizing MJ and the targets of MJ ever about stopping it's use or even about reducing harm? Read much about how the Nixon WH used drug laws to target groups for both political gain and to suppress those who opposed him?

From what we know about Trump, he doesn't care any more about the morality or harm reduction of MJ use. But he sure as hell will take whatever actions he can against those who oppose him. What kind of bet would you like to make that enforcement won't include many republican districts or wealthy people or groups of white people that support him?

Sessions is activating a political weapon. Plain and simple. He doesn't need state police to get involved either.

You said the ambassador was a spy a few weeks ago....at least you are witted enough to separate them now. Good job donkey.
sergey kislyak, the russian ambassador, is also the nation's top spy recruiter.

and the secret meetings between kislyak and sessions, and flynn, and jushner, are just the ones we know of, so far. and those meetings have led to a resignation and perjury.

but yeah, totally no evidence of any russian connection.

blind stupidity and inveterate lying like yours is what leads to holocaust denial among your ideological buddies.

More than holocaust denial. But I guess that's enough.

you were crying tears of joy when the comey letter was dropped. you were ecstatic.
She got Anthony's Weiner....you were stoked NBC leaked intellectual property to wapo in order to sway an election....stoked journalism is no longer objective and celebratory of this fact.

Sad there's more evidence of NBC swaying an election than Russia. The cia just got caught spoofing Russian hacks as well, dont let facts bother you though.

federal laws are supreme to state laws.
Not true.

Again, the Federal domain is interstate commerce. The only time the Federal Government can intervene in state affairs is if the state makes a law that is deemed to be unconstitutional.

So long as what a state does is done within the state entirely and does not violate any Constitutional rights, then there is nothing on earth the Federal Government can do about it.

on the federal level, we have the controlled substances act. that reigns supreme over any state law decriminalizing or even legalizing cannabis.

pro tip: if you ever find yourself holding the same position as twopumpchump, don't.

they don't have to, it's already federally illegal and despite what twopumpchump, the neo-nazi inveterate liar says, federal laws are supreme to state laws.

fuck, people are just so dumb, it hurts my feelings.
Yeah, but unless the state police were involved in arresting people the feds don't have enough manpower to deal with it. The state police in these states have generally said that they will not violate the will of the people who voted to decriminalize cannabis.

LOL

the supremacy clause and the controlled substances act are conspiracy theories and i am lying about them.

good luck with that one, inveterate liar.

you have less than zero credibility, and you have only yourself to blame.
