Most of them will not guarantee germination as it is mostly illegal to germinate. I doubt you will get a successful paypal dispute. I am surprised you were unsuccessful.(I heard good things about that company) I highly doubt a seed company that accepts paypal. I will let the others answer. I shop from attitude seed bank, they don't have paypal but I never actually had any problems with them. ( other than 1 instance, where it was my stupidity ) No, this is not an advertisement xD. You can check my grow. I think there is FAQ on where to buy seeds... check it out.

Fair enough. But still, my point stands. Forget winning a paypal dispute caused by germination issue.

I used a paypal seed site b4 but I cant remember there name (was actually an advertiser on this site),, the beans sucked anyways soooo... However there is/was a comparison grow by the Vault with mephisto genetics. Its a livers auto cross. Might want to check it out and give mephisto another shot. You might still be be able to get in?? Worth a shot..

I'm running BB's Fireballs, Dog, and Plemon right now. They are beautiful. The Fireballs are the only ones I've flowered so far, but I am very pleased. The Plemon is the most beautiful seedling I've ever seen. It's 5 weeks old and fan leaves are over 8 inches across.

The only reason I ordered from Old School Breeders Association is because i was having trouble finding Harlequin seeds. Want to make medicine for my senior companion GSD. Received in a week plus got a free pk of Hippie Crippler. Only germinating the Harlequin for now....patiently waiting for Top Dawg Chem 91 I ordered from Oregon Elite Seeds but OES only takes cash or MO.
