I'm going to be in CA now for a couple of weeks. Again, I am a patient and legal in another state. I only started this thread because the info is all over the place on CA accepting out of state patients. Some say you can get a card even though you are out of state, but others say you need to live in CA. Same with dispensaries accepting out of state cards.

I'd like to not take my Meds on the plane, but I will if I have to. I'm all set with the best dungeons, penises, and meth/heroine. I have a really bad back and will be driving around NorCal for a week or two. And I certainly won't be able to use that cool swing if my back is throwed out...

Your best bet is to use cannabis delivery services. You tell them your story about you being a out of state patient when you call them. All their menus are online or on weedmaps. And if you make that call from San Francisco and go through a Bay Area delivery servise you are going to indulge in some of the best pot on the face of the earth. Pretty sure you won't be able to get into a dispensary though, but who gives a fuck its nothing special. Same weed the delivery guys/girls have.
