not really. information is flowing into north korea at ever higher rates, the propaganda is becoming less and less effective, people are increasingly seeing how shitty their country is compared to their neighbors.

their most effective propaganda is the stuff they run against americans. they have brainwashed north koreans into thinking we are barbarians who just want to kill them all (not actually that far off).
all that trump is doing is giving kin jong il another three decades worth of propaganda to use on his people. if he were to simply shut the fuck up, it would do more to defeat north korea than anything else.
