Commerce clause gives Congress the power to regulate trade between States.
They could argue that because its likely to spill across State lines that it could be considered inter-state commerce.

They already have during WWII in regards to wheat. I think this interpretation will be challenged esp with 2020 and Cali sovereignty hinging in the balance. When your biggest asset is threatening to bounce, you may want to clean the shit out of the fans motor.

Well I been saying this since I knew session's was put into Trumps cupboard (Cabinet sounds to good for dat fool)
I am hoping there is enough of us out here to help make a difference.
I have seen people so against pot change their minds after they have seen how it helped get good people off Pills from their Doctors, Many Pills bad ones too.
So I am holding strong on that fact, that there is enough people out here that can change J.S. thick mind.
I just can't understand how and why those old fucks that are in control of our Laws can't do some real research and listen to educated people that know weed is less harmful than aspirin.
Wake Up Jeff B Session's this is our lives and you Sir need to listen and do what was promised and let the States decide what is best for their own People..

Like I already said, you don't know what is going on in California or Colorado except what you read.
I've known many people who were following the law to the letter, and still got busted. Pigs lie constantly, and the media repeats their lies.
In my case, I was raided simply because I am an outspoken advocate for MMJ patient rights. The pigs wanted to take me down, and they did. They broke in my front door at dawn. I was not breaking any laws, and the pigs lied to say I was, and they charged me with 7 felonies. They also stole everything I had, including the money that I had left after selling my house.
I can tell you many more stories of corrupt and sadistic pigs, but I don't want to type a book.
One more though, a good friend had a grow house, everything completely legal, and he was allowing two women to live there for free. One morning the swat pigs broke in, and held guns to the heads of the women while they stole all of the plants and bud. Then the pigs left, and were not heard from again. No charges were filed, no arrests made, and the grower whose legal papers were posted on the wall, never heard from them either. He was just ripped off by the pigs.

Actually, trump wants him gone also, but can't get rid of him because it would cause a crisis the gop doesn't want to deal with. If het gets rid of sessions, he can rid of muehler. Or at least he can try. The courts may block the move, but then again, they may not.
So as long as sessions stays recused, the dems aren't going to move to have him removed, and neither will the gop. He is in a fox hole where both sides want him to stay... at least for now.

Do they stay up late nights thinking of ways to energize and mobilize their opposition? Seems like an amazingly dumb move, even for them.
After all, Californians just voted- with all the trappings of democracy, no less- to legalise cannabis for recreational use. It went into effect not even a week ago. That's the biggest state in the Union, far from the first to do so and they're now leading a majority of States with at least medical laws on the books.
Trump's chances of re-election just dropped. Again.

The states can clearly argue a violation of the 10th Amendment.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The Feds will come back with Interstate Commerce BS argument. Why is Sessions not going after the Sackler family worth $14 billion who own the rights and make OxyContin and other opiods. MMJ is a far safer pain reliever.
Also F Jerry Brown. Someone on another forum said Session is doing this as a quid pro quo against this sanctuary state and city bullshit. This may actually be true. This sanctuary crap forces American taxpayers to pay more for all this crap while elites rake in more money from open borders on cheap labor, more building with endless sprawl and other factors. The old Sierra Club was very much against open borders because it creates sprawl. More and more people for fewer resources.
The other thing with MMJ is the scum of both parties hate to see the little American guy or gal make a few bucks off MMJ.
All politicians suck in this same uniparty.

CA should secede. If it happens the other states should be allowed to secede. Break it up. Push decisions down to the state level and get rid of the Fed govt. This allows the people to get in their faces on a state and local level.
