Hi, I am looking to buy MARS II products, trying to save money on electrical bills. What should I buy to cover 3.9 x 9 feet room?
And do these LED panels pull as much wattage as they write their power? Or, for example, LED panel output is 400W and panel pulls 300w from socket?

I wouldn't buy the Mars panels. You won't be saving anything on your electric bill. They are not as efficient as HPS.

Avoid mars products at all costs.......... look at tasty, timber, horticultural lighting group, Pacific light concepts==they will all quote you a price for your space

DIY will be the cheapest option obviously, one night of researching and you can build a couple of fixtures...... it's not hard

Timber has half built kits pre wired all you need is a frame, will save you a couple of bucks and time.

But if I do not care about price, is it any good? Why You say it is a bad idea? Really, no bill savings? :D
Yes really. Look into white cob led based using Cree/Citizen/Vero or Quantum Boards based fixtures. Also it depends on your skill level but DIY is cheapest by far and you will have one of the most efficient grow lights available.

Honestly Mars is about as bad as you can get.....

@Diskokobaja Lookin at tgl star which one would you go for, trying to to cover a metre, 60 or 100?.
This area I am not good in
Premier lighting for m²..
Thanks man

My tent was 1m2.I had chinese pimped blurple and tgl 60..Let me tell you that light is bright as hell, but there was a catch, it raised my tent temp my 3c+!! I would reccomend for 1m2 4x tgl 60(but question is if one led raised temp by 3c wouldn't 4 raise it by 12c ???) if heat is not a problem, but I think that much better option is 2x tgl 220..I think its far more better resolved cooling.. Sorry for waiting so long for replaying... I had car accident And have cut's on all of my fingers..
Give that estonian man a try.. if he can and will build you 2x lights with 1212 citizen you are good man.. (he can make you copy of tgl 220)
That is just my 2 cent on the matter..
If I was buying for myself I would go with 2 tgl 220 you wont be dissapointed..
