I have 2 600w led lights with 8 seeds. What distance should i keep the light from the plants when it's a seedling? Will that be the same distance i keep through veg stage and flowering or do i have to change the distance for each stage? Thanksssss!

VEG = 2.5ft above seedling
FLOWER = 2ft above canopy

TBH, there is no single, one size fits all answer to this. It depends on the intensity of the particular lights, and the strain, mostly. As a general rule, start out fairly distant (2 feet or so), and move them a bit closer each day as the plants are able to tolerate.

nfhiggs & verticalgrow are great answers . If you have dimmers, start at 26"-28" at 60% power and increase power as they grow. Without a dimmer, opt for a safer distance of 30".
