Those shrooms are likely going to screw him.. A judge could look at cannabis and go lenient because the laws are changing, they aren't going easy on someone with over 2kg of shrooms.

I heard they weren't illegal unless they are dried. Even growing in your closet not illegal until you pick them....not sure if that is true.

They are illegal as can be, almost impossible to get caught growing them unless you tell people or get raided for something else though. Peyote on the other hand is complete legal unless you try to extract mescaline from them.

Everyone should grow shrooms at some point though, I found the process very fascinating myself.
