Whoa...that's some eye candy right thar! I'm not familiar with the Dutch Dragon strain but she looks almost ready to me. Have you checked the trichs under a scope yet?

looks done to me.. i learned from a few crops that i would rather harvest early then late..under the scope u look for the resin glans to go from clear to a cloudy or amber color..

comon someone!!! i have never grown a sativa before so i need all the help i can get, opinions please!!!

According to some here, I harvested my Sativa (not much doubt of it's origins) too early. However I was looking for the more cerebral/mentallly stimulating high. I harvested at around 9 weeks. Most of the pistils were still white, and the trichs were 50/50 milky/clear with a few amber ones in there. I might let them go JUST A BIT longer next time, but I'm definately on to something here. Everyone who has sampled my last grow commented how nice the high was.
I was not disappointed. It is a great high. I much prefer it over the "couch-glue" dope going around, and so do most of my friends. (They are hounding me to start growing :weed:)
If you got one of those Radio Shack pocket microscopes, clip one of those little leaflet things off a bud and take a look under the scope. You'll see what they are talking about. You can't hardly mistake it. The trichs (trichomes) will be either clear, cloudy/milky, or amber. The more amber the trichs, the more couch glue you're gonna get.
Having only my last grow under my belt, you may want to get more opinions, but believe me, there is a world of difference in the high you get between harvesting earlier or later within the ideal harvest window.

usually the couch lock or uphigh is due to the strain either indica or sativa...tho most weed now a days is a mix between both and shows attributes from both sides of the family

This is true also from what I read. I know from personal experience that Sativas and Indicas have different highs, Indica having a more Narcotic/Body buzz/Couch-glue.
That being said, the kind of high you get can be attributed to when you harvest also. My last (first) grow came from seeds I collected from the pot we've been getting for the past year. It has an incredibly "devastating and disabling" high. So much so that I'd smoke it ONLY when I wasn't gonna be leaving the house, and was within 50' of my bed. The plants from it have an exceptionally stimulating high. When my wife smoked it for the first time, she got so high she got up and cleaned the house! (and she NEVER cleans the house!!!) It doesn't disable me either.
