Why, thank you very much! And we would love to have you!
We do in Georgia of all places do. Of course you have to abide by our state law but still, it's Ga after all.Mutual recognition clauses are generally rare, and prime targets of the anti legalization mob.
What? A scam happening in Florida? Say it ain't so!The state house and senate hasn't even come up with agreement on what the few state aproved growers can do yet. They have till july. No personal grows even in the original amendment Right up. this is some sort of scam. They had plenty of people selling fake med mj cards before med mj was even voted in. My buddy got taken for $300 and plenty of people will prob pay the "colective" fee and think they can grow but I have been watching it close. Def no personal grow allowed yet.
I live in Ohio, a recent Med state. Here the bill was passed as you mentioned with only vape, oils, and tinctures and the like. But a few months later perhaps in a separate version vegetation material suddenly and unexpectedly popped up in the passed bill. Hope this happens in FL too.Grats. may be premature, talk is, the rule makers will make this nothing but a glorified cdb. program. Tinctures, oils, rubs, etc. only. No leaf, no smoke, no vape. The silver lining is with 71% pro. there is bound to be a full legal vote in 20
Yes, this has been a problem here in Ohio. The bill passed in Oct.2016, but was given 2 years to implement the wording and for the Ohio Pharmacy Board to work out the whos and wheres for growing, manufacture, retail, prescriptions, and so fourth. So we'll supposedly be totally up on Oct. 2018. We'll see.Now we just have to see how long before things actually get rolling for real. Supposedly they got up to 6 months to put together all the rules, regulations, limitations, and what ever other legal mumbo-jumbo bullshit they require.
Thats good info on the OH doctor stuff, hopefully the word gets spred.Yes, this has been a problem here in Ohio. One problem here is in this already-but-not-yet time period where Med Pot is technically legal but not yet available. The state is in a limbo; med users can use, but must have a written doctor's "recommendation" (not prescription or note, but a recommendation). The reality is no Ohio doctor will issue a recommendation since there is no state legal protection until the magic Oct., 2018 implementation time. I do't blame the docs. My workaround was to get an out-of-state recommendation as our Ohio law does not specify it needs to come from an Ohio doctor in this in between period of time.
