Because it's not wrong. I told the feds my partner grew the 35 lbs they found at his house in order to help him protect his supplier. Not sure why that is so hard to understand.

"Conspiracy to distrubute more than 200 lbs" was the original charge. After the indictment it was lowered to "less than 100 lbs". They caught us with 50 lbs between the 3 of us.

The mailing part was part of the evidence but no charges were filed over it. The buyers came directly to my house from out of state.

I'd have to look into federal law but you certainly got more time than Marc Emery compared to the charges. I can't believe I was a free Marc supporter thankfully I didn't even buy a shirt guy tells people on his forum he has all their personal information and he didn't even get extradited because he would have lost all his assets too.

Did any of you all buy seeds from Marc? Lol, that could have been why, I can't believe people actually use credit cards for seeds these days shits crazy.
