The second presidential debate

That's a tough call.

In this case it's more like whistle blower status. The government was clearly attempting to hold that evidence of of the public eye on an effort to protect itself.

And that is also a tough call to make.
I applaud the action she took. I think she knowingly took a risk and is going to pay for it. I hope the next president commutes her sentence. I'd like to see rules and laws in place to make it harder to hide shit like that from the public.

To categorize her leak as whistle blowing isn't a bad idea. An independent review board might help protect real secrets. I just don't think the decision should be hers and hers alone.

That said, secrets aren't kept that way for long anymore. And that's a good thing.

People who leak information do so for their own reasons. They know the act of leaking secret information is illegal. Another leaker's sentence wasn't in line with others of similar nature, I applauded Obama for commuting her sentence to the seven years of time served but didn't think she was innocent.

Do you think that leaking secret information should be without consequences?
Didnt obama leak info about the assault against Osama bin Laden?

Well stalin was a piece of shit and rutheless. He killed more jews then Hitler. But still
Now we all agree with Hitlers' views
Although he killed six million Jews
It don't matter too much that he was a Fascist
At least you can't say he was a Communist
