Ok so sorry I got a bit impatient while reading that your having yourself a heat problem... I made something the other day that if you can replicate (which is easy) should really help you out..
I don't know if you've been reading my thread but I also posted a thread in the DIY section for it.. let me go get that....

I have this sitting in just my room and its helped drop the temperature.. I also tested it by putting the exhaust of the ac unit I made near my intake fans and it lowered the temps by 5 degrees within 30 minutes... I'm sure you can scale the idea up or down to your liking.. there is only 1 key component that isn't hard to find but its hard to find one for cheap atleast around where I live...
Take a look at the link, it then has 2 links.. one to the build (I borrowed from another site) and the 2nd link is a youtube video I made of my contraption working to show...
